 Franklin Tennessee is a community of approximately 30,000 people, located in Williamson County, Tennessee. It is also considered to be part of the Nashville metropolitan area.

  • Abington Ridge - A community located on the east side of franklin with new and almost new homes priced between $450,000 and $600,000 at this time.
  • Arlington Heights - A Brentwood nieghborhood located on the extreme northeast side of the city. Ho,es built by the Jones company with sizes ranging from 3000 to 7000 square ft and prices ranging from $550,000 to $860,000. Schools zoned for Arlington Heights are Sunset Elementary, Sunset Middle, and Ravenwood high.
  • Ashton Park  is a Gated Community with homes ranging in size from 2000 to 5300 sq ft.  Located very close to Cool Springs mall just east of I-65 this all built in brick or or fiber cement siding this is a wonderful Luxury Home Community. 
  • Avalon - Located on the East northeast side of Franklin and close to Cool Springs. Avalon is actually several neighborhoods and prices vary from $350,000 in section 4 to over $7,600,000 in Section 3. Some of the estate homes have magnificent views and gated security. Schools are Kenrose, Woodland, and Ravenwood for most of the community.
  • Annandale  - Estate living in north Brentwood. Homes from $900.000 to well over $2,500,000, host of the 2008 parade of homes, with lots in the 1/2 acre to 1 acre size, and homes from 3500 square ft to over 9000 square ft, you have a great alternative the the governors club or laurelbrook.
  • Beech Grove - A brick home built in the Mid 1990s. Right off concord rd just a few minutes east of I-65. Zoned for Edmondson elementary school, Brentwood middle school, and ationally recognized and ranked Brentwood high school. Prices are in the $500,000 to $700,000 range.
  • Belle Chase - New homes located on the Northeast side of Franklin close to Cool Springs. Prices range from $600,000 to $900,000. currently zoned for Kenrose elementary, woodland middle school, and Ravenwood high school.
  • Belle Rive - Located on the west side of Brentwood, within walking distance of Granny White Park, Brentwood middle school, and Brentwood high school, it's zoned for scales elementary, Estate homes on acre lots, some with astonishing views range from $600,000 to over $1,000,000.
  • Belle Vista - New homes south of Franklin in a gated community. with prices ranging from $450,000 to $600,000 it's a great value for Williamson county.
  • Bent Tree -  A Nolensville neghborhood in Williamson county just east of Brentwood. Prices rance for the mid $200,000 range to over $350,000. A small town personality just minutes from Brentwood, Cool Springs, and Nashville. An unerappreciated real estate value.
  • Berkley walk - A Brentwood community developed by John Wieland. With Homes and townhomes in the $450,000 to $700,000 range, it's one of the more affordable Brentwood neighborhoods with new construction. Located on the east side of Brentwood on Edmondson pk close to Concord road. Qualilty Brentwood real estate at an affordable price.
  • BonBrook is located in Brentwood, Just a few miles for the Cool Springs Mall, and within 25 minutes of Nashville.  One of the many things I love about Bonbrook is the mature trees, lush green space, hills and valleys, walking trails and community feeling.  People access Bonbrook from 2 convenient locations.  One neighborhood access is from Concord Road at Sunset Rd then another location from Concord Road at Retreat Ln.  No matter where you are in the BonBrook you'll have easy access to main roads, parks, shopping, and schools. . 
  • Brandon Park Downs - A gated Equistrian community south of Franklin and east of I-65 at Peytonsville rd. Estate homes on acreage with astonishing views.With prices from $740,000 to ver $2,000,000, it's a great place to live if you need space and privacy.
  • Brenthaven - One of the largest neighborhoods in Brentwood, know for 1 acre yards and ranch style homes. Brenthaven was developed in the 1960's and 1970's, a few newer section have opened up and now have estate size homes of 4000 to 7000 square ft.
  • Brentmeade - A luxury Brentwood community at the corner of Wilson pk and Concord rd. Minutes to the YMCA, or Crockett park. Homes from the $600,000 range to over $1,000,000. These are estate homes with 1 acre lots, and up to 6500 square ft. Most of the homes were built from 1986 to 1995 with the best of materials and workmanship of that era. Brentmeade is zoned for Edmondson elementary, Brentwood middle, and nationally ranked Brentwood high school.
  • Bridgemore Village - Thompsons station luxury homes. With prices ranging from $450,000 to over $700,000 This community has easy access to I-840 just south of Franklin in Williamson county.
  • Bridgeton Park - An affortable Brentwood neighborhood on the east side right off concord rd. Homes range in price from $350,000 to $500,000. The big appeal is the great brentwood chool system. Current zoned for Sunset Elementary, Sunset Middle school, and Ravenwood high school.
  • Brookfield

  • CARLISLE - A gated community wth a style right out of downtown Charleston. with rices ranging from $450,000 to over $700,000, it's location on the west side of Franklin just a few miles from Westhvem Natchez Trace pkwy, and Liepers Fork.
  • Cedarmont Farms Lixury Homes on the East side of Franklin right off hwy 96. Acre lots and all brick homes from $400,000 to $800,000, give you a lot of choices.
  • Chestnut Bend is walking distance to Historic Downtown Franklin and close to Franklin High School, 2400 to 5700 sq. ft. homes priced between $400,000 and $600,000.
  • Chenoweth - A brentwood neighbe rhood on the East side of Concord road, just a few miles for I-65, and just 20 minutes to downtown Nashville.  
  • Cheswicke Farm is just a hop and skip from Cool Springs Galleria Mall, with easy access to I-65's new McKewn exit.  The homes range from 2800 to 4000 sq ft, beautiful brick houses, underground utilities and community pool.
  • Concord Hunt - Located at the corner of Wilson pk and Concord rd, access to the Ymca, crockett parkm and

  • Falcon Creek - Affordable Franklin real estate east of I-65 close to hwy 96. homes range in price from $200,000 to $300,000 and in size from 1200 square ft to 2400 square ft. most of the homes were built in the mid 1990's. With a community pool, and good schools (Trinity elementary, Trinity middle, and Fred Page high school), it's one of the most affordable communities to own Franklin real estate.
  • Fieldstone farms a complete neighborhood, from Groceries, Restaurants, Schools, and Parks with extensive walking trails.  With prices ranging from $170,000 for a 2 bedroom townhouse to estate homes in a gated community at over $700,000, Fieldstone Farms has something for anyone wanting to live in Franklin.

  • Forrest Crossing  is golf course community on of course, Forrest Crossing Golf Course.  Underground utilities, community pool are some features in this single family, zero lot line and town house community.
  • Foxboro - Brentwood real estate on the East side of I-65 at Concord road. Located just minutes from I-65 and just 20 minutes from downtown nashville, or the nashville airport. Zoned for Edmondson elementary, Brnetwood middle school, and Brentwood high school at this time. Homes are in the 3000 to 4000 square ft range, and most were built in the 1980's. The most admired feature is the location and the acre lots mostly with mature trees.
  • Garden Club Estates - Pulte homes in the Cool Springs area of Franklin. With homes ranging in price from $450,000 to ver $600,000, it's an upscale neighbor hood with reasonable prices.
  • Gateway Village combines Retail, office space and residential, upscale living, conveniently located near Cool Springs Mall and I-65 With easy access to Nashville, Brentwood or Franklin.
  • Governors Club Gated security and an Arnold Palmer golf course all in a luxury Brnetwood community. hillside views of lakes and golf surround the beautiful neighborhood just minutes away from Cool Springs, nashville, and Franklin With prices ranging from $600,000 to $7,000,000, you have plenty of  luxury Brentwood real estate for choices.Search for Governors Club real estate
  • Grassland Estates has a great private suburban/rural feel to the 1 to 2 acre lots. Great neighbors and good distance from them.  If you crave a little breathing space, this is a wonderful neighborhood for you.
  • Hampton Reserve - Luxury homes from $1,100,000 to over $2,500,000 located in a Brentwood community on Crockett road and Concord road.
  • Henley - A franklin community located close to mack hatcher and royal oaks blvd. With prices ranging from $600,000 to over $750,000 you get a lot of home for the money. with sizes from 3500 to 4500 square ft.
  • Highland Park - A  Brentwood neighborhood close to Ravenwood high school amd kenrose elementary. Homes are priced from $450,000 to over $600,000, with most of the homes built in the mid $1990's Some may need a little updating, but the location is excellent.
  • Horseshoe Bend  - Located on the far nothwest side ofwilliamson county, and close to percy warner park. With homes priced between $500,000 and $700,000. Zoned at this tme for grassland middle, grassland elementary, and Franklin high school.

  • LaurelBrooke is one of Franklin's finest gated communities.   • Raintree Forest - A brentwood community located on Crockett rd, close to Woodland Middle and Elementary schools, Crockett park, and Ravenwood high school. Homes range in price from around $360,000 to over $500,000. Most of the homes were built in the late 1980's until the mid 1990's. A very good value for a Brentwood home.
